At Good Smile US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that certain limited edition or final sale items may be ineligible for return unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging and that the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your item in a sturdy shipping box and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
